Wednesday, 20 September 2017

To all Wednesday Night Racers, this is a reminder that racing is cancelled for Wednesday, 20 September 2017. This was to be the last race of the Fall Series, but the current models are too unpredictable to safely sail in Boston Harbor.

However, that doesn't mean that racing is over! Don't forget that next week, the 27th, is the last race of the "Spring" series, and a mermaid told me that there will be rogue racing as well going up to around Halloween.

Lastly, please sign up for the Boston Light Race, a joint undertaking between Savin Hill YC and Constitution YC. This completely free pursuit race starts near Spectacle, involves a "tour" around all 3 major Boston Harbor lighthouses, and ends with a party at Savin Hill YC with free food and a cash bar. See regattaman.com for details!
