Announcing CYC Boston 2017 Race Dates

It's never too early to start planning your 2017 season. Constitution Yacht Club is pleased to announce the following race dates:

  • The Spring Regatta will be held Saturday, June 10. This regatta signifies the start of the Mass Bay PHRF Qualifying season!
  • Wednesday Night Racing will begin on May 24th and run through September 20th this year. The Skipper's meeting will be on May 10th. Stay tuned for more details - we're hoping to present on some of the rule changes in the 2017-2020 edition.
  • We will be partnering with Savin Hill Yacht Club again to present the Boston Light Race, a navigator's pursuit race. The date will be Saturday, September 30th this year.
  • Due to the Parade of Sail on June 17, this year's edition of the June Moon Chase Race is cancelled for 2017. Expect its return in 2018!

Jack Roberts NYD Race

The New Years Day race registration is live on Regattaman! Come out for the first sail of the 2017 season, and compete for bragging rights and great prizes! The Sailing Instructions are on Regattaman on the 2017 calendar at .

  • Registration is $25
  • Skipper's Meeting at Constitution Marina at 10 AM
  • First gun at 12:00
  • Gather at CYC Sponsor, The Blackmoor Bar and Grill in Charlestown, for Chowder, hot drinks, and a cash bar.
